How do you even begin to find twitter influencers in your area? (In case that sentence has you scratching your head… I’m talking about finding peeps in your neck of the woods who have a lot of quality followers.) Actually… there are a number of web sites out there… but here’s one that is easy and takes absolutely NO tech know-how.
