Why The “Red Spoon” Is A Game Changer

I was on a panel at an Atlanta conferenced called “Getting Paid What You’re Worth”. I have say, especially for women, this seems to be a tough one. We sometimes don’t value our own talents enough to charge what we should, much less what we’re worth.

Maybe that’s why I loved the speaker who talked after our panel – Michelle Pippin. She shows women how to take their business from whimpy to WOW. Her idea of the “Red Spoon” is brilliant. Why a red spoon? Well… listen at take notes:
